It's Showing serves as an annual reminder of a deliverance from evil in 1940 when the acts of a few hundred fighter pilots saved the country from Nazi invasion. In the making of that block buster film, Spanish built HA-1109s and the CASA 2.111s doubled for German Messerschmitt Bf 109s and Heinkel 111s. Although filmed in 1969, the effect are spectacular and worth viewing for the flying.
