Kingdom Books Fife Community Bookshop is a new accessible independent community run bookshop based in Leven in the Kingdom of Fife.
As a Not-for-Profit organisation, our focus is on providing new and used books at a budget to everyone who enjoys reading and we believe in putting our profits back into the community. In particular, we want to help people with disabilities find work or training and to help disabled people enjoy the experience of reading.
We offer volunteer places and training for young people and unemployed adults who are interested in bookselling, publishing and retail. If you would like to volunteer, please send us your details in an email or drop into the shop and ask to speak to Martin.
We are the only community bookshop in Fife and serve the entire area and if you cannot visit us in person, then please order books from us online or give us a call on 01333 421295 to order by phone. We offer a free home delivery service to people in Levenmouth and the East Neuk of Fife or books can be collected in the shop.
We also accept all used, new and collectible books and vinyl records donated by the public and organisations throughout Fife, and we can collect donations on request. All books and records are sold in the bookshop or online at reasonable prices.
Our Green Room is full of second hand books for sale featuring Scottish literature, history, biography and antique and rare books. If you buy cheap discount books in Scotland then browse the best online collection of Scottish books. All the profits from our second hand books will be donated to local charities including The Arden House Project in Leven.
We have created a second room which is filled with donated books on art, craft and design, cooking, gardening and paperback fiction.
We also sell new hardback and paperback fiction including books by Scottish crime writers and children's authors. Our new non fiction collection includes Scottish history books, genealogy, academic books and reference books.
We also have an interesting collection of gifts, jigsaws, crafts and art some made locally in the East Neuk of Fife and Levenmouth area. We are always looking for other quality products made in Scotland and in the U.K to sell.
We are members of the Booksellers Association and the Independent Booksellers Group.

As an accessible bookshop, we welcome people with all disabilities. We are also dog friendly and allow all dogs, although they must be on a lead and well-behaved. We are supporters and donors of Guide Dogs for the Blind.
