Our Green Room is a room full of second hand pre-loved used and collectible books, as well as rare & original 7” and 12” vinyl records, cassette tapes, DVDs and CDs. Many of them have been donated to us by generous customers and friends.
My aim is to start a charity for local disabled people but in the meantime, the profits from these donations will be donated to local charities. This year we have chosen The Arden House Project in Leven. https://www.ardenproject.org.uk
We also support Guide Dogs and have a charity tin in the shop. https://www.guidedogs.org.uk
We have a settee and a small record player to check vinyl records. We will soon also be installing Customer Wi-Fi and customers are welcome to browse our collection or sit and read. A cup of Tea or Coffee is also free for those who donate to Guide Dogs.
